SHIPPING 

All shipping rates are detailed below, please be aware shipping times are only an estimate, whilst we will endeavour to meet these, they are not a guarantee. 

We endeavour to despatch all orders the next working day, for example, if you order at 9AM on Tuesday, the order will be despatched on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, the order will be dispatched on Monday. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch orders within one working day this is only an estimate, due to stock availability and during busy periods it can take up to two working days to despatch your order. 

Due to Covid and Brexit there may still be longer delays at Customs holding parcels up. The below expected delivery times are given to us by our couriers and it may take a little longer to get to you than stated. If you have any concerns, please contact customerservice@wwscenics.com for further information. 

Shipping times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday).

UK quoted times below do not include UK Isles and Highlands, please refer to ‘Europe’ for none mainland delivery costs and times.

Orders Under £50

Please Note: 

• The time frames given in those tables only include shipping and not handling time, add another 1-2 days for dispatching your order.
• Orders that contain items that cannot be sent with Royal Mail will have an alternative courier chosen to ship your items. 
• ‘Express Tracked Delivery’ is not necessarily next-day delivery. Your order will be put on the fastest-tracked delivery service that is applicable to your order and the items you have ordered. A lot of the time your order will arrive the next day, but this is not a guarantee as handling time can take 1-2 days. 

Europe

Please Note:

• Orders below €150 will be sent with IOSS information attached to the shipping label to show Taxes have been paid.
• Orders over €150 will be sent using a DDP service, which means we will pay the Taxes and Customs at entry for the parcel to be delivered directly to you with no further charges.

Canada

Please Note: 

• The time frames given in those tables only include shipping and not handling time, add another 1-2 days for dispatching your order.
• Due to Canada’s customs policy, any parcel with a content value over C$20 must have Taxes and Customs collected before the parcel is released for delivery. Low-value items can go via Royal Mail, but unfortunately, higher-value items will need to go through a Customs Process.
